Refund policy

We started this business to empower you to be a FIERCE ONE, we create products we believe to be great quality and inspirational, so you can understand we want you to see that too.

If for some reason we have failed to meet the quality level you expect, please let us know ASAP - shoot us an email to hello@fierce.one and let us know whats happened. Please get in touch within 30 Days to rectify any issue.

We will do everything we can to rectify the situation. 

Where there is an issue with quality we will arrange a refund. We may ask you to return the product to us so we can follow through these issues and will refund upon receipt of the return.

When it comes to change of mind - well - thats a little different - to be honest it doesn't happen as these products absolutely rock! But should there be an issue, we want you to be happy, so lets chat - hello@fierce.one  note we may offer you a refund on returning the product in original condition to us. Exchanges aren't available at this stage - but the great thing about our products is they make pretty awesome gifts!
