Shipping policy
We know just how excited you are to receive your Fierce One order, we are just as excited to send it to you.
We will do our best to dispatch your order within 2 business days. However, in some instances, some items may be shipped separately, no stress as we include free shipping on all our products! YAY!
I’m sure you will be excited if you have ordered a number of items to get a few parcels!
So here is a little info that keeps you in the loop of exactly what happens when you order with us.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
ONE
You select all the goodies you would like to be FIERCE!
Please make sure your address is 100% correct at checkout - and triple check your order for the products you selected and the sizes if required. Obviously we aren't mind readers we don't know where you live and what Items you select. - we hold no responsibility for incorrect addresses or wrong products ordered. If you do notice an error in your order or address please shoot us an email within 24 hours at hello@fierce.one and we can see what we can do, no promises but we will try.
TWO
Picking Packing and Processing your order- First things First - some items we stock in our warehouse, some of our items are produced at the time of your order - so as mentioned above sometimes your order may come in 2 parts. Say for example you order two of our pendants and a t-shirt. We will pick and pack the pendants and will create the quote you want for your t-shirt in the size you selected. The t-shirt may be delayed and if so we may sent 2 parcels to you - don’t stress we will update you every step of the way with what items have been shipped when they are shipped with tracking info where applicable. This is also the reason we don’t charge you shipping on your items! For items that we have in stock we will do our best to get these picked and packed within 48 hours for you (business days).
THREE
Waiting for your goodies - We know just how excited you are to get your FIERCE on! We get it. Obviously we cannot guarantee shipping times once we pack and ship your items - as we use 3rd parties for postage (ie Australia Post). Our commitment to you is that we will ship your items ASAP and we ask that you understand that our delivery times from date of dispatch (not date of order) may be up to 7 business days. If your order has not been received by 14 days from dispatch we ask that you email us and we will see what on earth has happened to it!

Your product(s) arrive - BAZINGA How exciting - its time to GET YOUR FIERCE ON - Wear your awesomeness or gift it to a fellow FIERCE ONE. Most importantly you cannot stop at one - this is all about empowering you to be the best version of you - are you already online making your next purchase?
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHINGS NOT QUITE RIGHT?
We are super sorry if there is something that is not 100% right - we are all human and sometimes boo boos can happen and we accidentally pack the wrong item - not to worry we are here to help - please email us at hello@fierce.one and we will get right on it to help work out a solution that works for you. We are all FIERCE ONES, so we do ask that you are respectful and understanding if there has been an issue - we just want to get things right for you so we can all be FIERCE ONEs.
Changed your mind? Please have a look at our REFUND POLICY. We don’t currently offer exchanges - but we can accept returns/refunds within our conditions.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH PRE-ORDERS?
We are constantly creating new products and restocking - Sometimes we are waiting for stock to arrive so rather than have you keep checking if something is in stock we may opt to put items on pre-order. Put simply - this means these orders will be picked and packed and shipped to you and other FIERCE ONEs as soon as they arrive in stock. We will do our best to let you know on the product what the delivery ETA is on PRE ORDERS - don’t forget shipping is free so if you order one PRE ORDER and one IN STOCK item, we will still ship the IN STOCK item ASAP to you so you can have it in your hot little hands. Occasionally there may be delays in stock arriving, we will do our best to keep you in the loop.
Generally this is possible if you haven't collected your parcel within Aus Post guidelines, so make sure you keep a close eye on your tracking and dispatch info. We will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before we can arrange a reshipping of a refund (see refund policy) Yes we are generous with our free shipping to you, however if we need to send your parcel a 2nd time, please understand that we may need to charge you shipping.
